Massage seems to have been the order of the day all of this week; here are a couple of examples of what I have treated this week:
A sore foot/ankle which was as a result of going over on the ankle, a full back and shoulder relaxation massage helping ease the tension from a stressed young lady, a damaged thigh (pulled during a fitness class, a sore wrist (which turned out to be tendon damage in the forearm), A stiff and sore neck and a tender rib cage. All of the clients presented with problems and left with an improvement in their condition which meant an improved quality of live.
You don't have to be injured to have a massage, you might just need some time for you, massage has many benefits all of which help you to improve your quality of life, why not book in and give it a try as I know one thing for sure 'if you have never had a massage and you get one done professionally, you will want to do it again'
Thank you for reading, love and light to you all
