Thinking it will have a'TEAM WORK' side to it so everyone can suffer together.
In order to get a training effect you have to 'overload' your body. In order for that overload to have a lasting effect you need to keep overloading your body as there will come a point where your body will 'ADAPT' to the workload and what you were doing becomes easier to do, then guess what? you are getting fitter!!
Keep at it and before long you will form a HABIT and keeping fit will become an integral part of your life, prolonging your life and increasing your ability to get more from each day that you have on this planet!
