The session was a complete body workout with a heavy emphasis on CV work. Shuttle runs started the main session after the extensive warm up. These incorporated press ups/killer jumps and V sit ups, 140 reps of each one. This set the body up for the fun everyone had working out with the lorry tyres and a partner. Part way through the 15 exercises we introduced 160m sprints to expand the groups CV capacity.
Everyone did fantastic raising their game and achieving their own standard dragged along by those in the class fitter than themselves!!
