nearly 30 people hell bent on getting their bodies into great shape:
They were treated to a gentle tick over session that had the following as its content;
Warm up/3 x 2min jogging with an exercise randomly thrown in/70 press ups/70 V sit ups/70 squat jumps with a tuck(all 3 with a ruck load of sprint shuttles!)/a 6 min long 3 exercise body ripping session(side movement press up,mountain climbers,v sit ups)5 x 2 exercise body tormenting session each done 10 x/then to finish a 200 rep ab busting session that had the whole of Skem being made aware of the boot camp due to all the screaming!!!
That my friends was a monster boot camp, you lot ROCK and you have my respect K
