Meditation is misunderstood and UNDER USED and yet is something if practiced on a regular basis can give you so much to improve your life. It is often perceived as a 'Hippy' thing or a 'mystical' thing that only strange people talk about and do!!
Meditation has played a big part in my life for a long time, I meditate every day and it has brought me calmness when I needed to be calm, clarity when I needed direction, peace when the world around me was at war, comfort, when I needed to know my path was right, sleep, when I needed to sleep to either recharge my batteries or sleep a restful night to begin another day revitalized and ready to go!
Meditation if done, can often be the only time in your day that you take some time just for you and there is nothing wrong with taking time out just for yourself, in fact if more people rested their minds more often, the world would be a better place.
