Hi guys sorry I've not blogged for a short while been really busy and I want to share with you today what I've been upto: Firstly I have been studying again with the lovely people in the picture getting approval to work with a NEW gentle form of exercise called Miynd Fit
Using slow yet extremely effective exercise coupled with guided meditation to strengthen the mind, Physical Meditation will take your focus to the next level.
Miynd Fit will not only tone your body, improve your suppleness, and deepen your sleep, but will give you control over your own mind.
This is a fascinating idea, combining my long held belief that meditation is good for you and that exercise is also good for you, I found the course informative and enjoyable.
I am going to integrate this into the services I offer and am looking to start a class in both Skelmersdale and in st helens so I would be very grateful if anyone who is interested could contact me so I can get an idea of the level of interest.
