Press ups and a side sit up were the exercises, 15 reps of each meant 15 press ups then 15 side sit ups on each side. The task was simply to go down to 1 rep by doing 14 of each then 13 of each and so on down to 1 meaning a total of 120 reps would be done if completed. Then a further 100 press ups were to be done or 103 if anyone wished to beat my total of 102 additional press ups. The challenge was accepted and people bashed out the reps, NO ONE FAILED everyone got down to 1 and 5 people even beat my total by taking on the press up challenge, a simply amazing thing to witness especially when I know where all of these people started at in terms of fitness!!
A leg blasting and long busting session then followed seeing people doing squats and calf raises, hamstring raises and killer jumps all done with an active recovery position of a 90 degree squat horse stance followed by a 300m sprint after each exercise group. Then hopping and working lower abs/hip flexors followed by a 400m sprint saw some very tired but satisfied boot campers, AMAZING WORK ETHIC guys well done.
