A Brutal weeks training at Boot Camp Skelmersdale (find us on facebook) Wednesday night was tough and people needed to warm up and stretch out real well on Friday ready for the weeks toughest session!! Lots of running (120m) between each of 14 exercises doing 25 reps of each 30mins of pure PAIN leaving no part of the anatomy out of the work!! This followed a tough warm up that had people crab walking and sprinting as well as doing press ups/squats and sit ups!!

Everyone put in an amazing effort and never gave up constantly having to ask themselves 'can I give more?' they all kept answering YES!! AMAZING
