I spend a lot of my time currently training a bunch of people to get fit enough to take part in this event and when I'am not training them physically I spend time easing their aches and pains by massaging their sore muscles.
My fitness classes are run on Monday/Wednesday?Friday 1900hrs till 2015hrs and Saturday 1000hrs till 1115hrs with a Sunday off site trip to do some serious hill training starting at 0800hrs.
