Massage seems to have been the order of the day all of this week; here are a couple of examples of what I have treated this week:
A sore foot/ankle which was as a result of going over on the ankle, a full back and shoulder relaxation massage helping ease the tension from a stressed young lady, a damaged thigh (pulled during a fitness class, a sore wrist (which turned out to be tendon damage in the forearm), A stiff and sore neck and a tender rib cage. All of the clients presented with problems and left with an improvement in their condition which meant an improved quality of live. You don't have to be injured to have a massage, you might just need some time for you, massage has many benefits all of which help you to improve your quality of life, why not book in and give it a try as I know one thing for sure 'if you have never had a massage and you get one done professionally, you will want to do it again' Thank you for reading, love and light to you all

Meditation has played a big part in my life and continues to this day, when I am sad, when I am busy, when I am tired, when I am helping to heal other people meditation helps guide and steer me to be in the moment
which a beautiful place to be. Treatments I have been blessed to do over the last 2 weeks have included all of my skill set, hypnotherapy helping people with a range of issues from drug use, weight loss,anxiety,stress management along with Reiki helping people achieve the right mental/emotional and spiritual well being to take away their physical symptoms. I have also been able to help people with shoulder/wrist/back/neck and thigh problems using my injury rehabilitation skills. All who visited me have left feeling better with an improved quality of life, that is such a rewarding thing to be able to do, I can genuinely say 'I LOVE MY WORK' I have also been instrumental in getting people to change their shape by having some great and well attended boot camp sessions on an evening and some personal training sessions during the day. It is often perceived as a 'Hippy' thing or a 'mystical' thing that only strange people talk about and do!!
Meditation has played a big part in my life for a long time, I meditate every day and it has brought me calmness when I needed to be calm, clarity when I needed direction, peace when the world around me was at war, comfort, when I needed to know my path was right, sleep, when I needed to sleep to either recharge my batteries or sleep a restful night to begin another day revitalized and ready to go! Meditation if done, can often be the only time in your day that you take some time just for you and there is nothing wrong with taking time out just for yourself, in fact if more people rested their minds more often, the world would be a better place. More on meditation another day, Love and light to all Your body responds to the way you think, feel and act. This is often called the “mind/body connection.” When you are stressed, anxious or upset, your body tries to tell you that something isn't right. For example, high blood pressure or a stomach ulcer might develop after a particularly stressful event, such as the death of a loved one. The following can be physical signs that your emotional health is out of balance:
Back pain Change in appetite Chest pain Constipation or diarrhea Dry mouth Extreme tiredness General aches and pains Headaches High blood pressure Insomnia (trouble sleeping) Lightheadedness Palpitations (the feeling that your heart is racing) Sexual problems Shortness of breath Stiff neck Sweating Upset stomach Weight gain or loss Poor emotional health can weaken your body's immune system, making you more likely to get colds and other infections during emotionally difficult times. Also, when you are feeling stressed, anxious or upset, you may not take care of your health as well as you should. You may not feel like exercising, eating nutritious foods or taking medicine that your doctor prescribes. Abuse of alcohol, tobacco or other drugs may also be a sign of poor emotional health.
